Hi all,

We're gathering for a chowdown at Saigon restaurant in Richmond this Thursday at 7 pm. Miles Chen has arranged for a special menu, cost $34 per head:

1. Chiu Chow Cold Crab
2. Roast and BBQ Pork, Hainan Chicken and Jelly Fish Platter
3. Fish Soup with Mustard Greens and Tofu
4. Peking Duck
5. Special Deep Fried Crab Claws
6. XO Sauce Spicy Beef
7. Chinese Broccoli with White Wine Sauce
8. Stir Fried Pea Sprout with Garlic
9. Giant Clam Porridge
10. Salt and Pepper Scallops
11. Tofu Stuffed with Shrimp in Foie Gras Sauce
12. Sauteed Fish with Peas and Chives
13. Seafood Chow Fun
14. Fook Kin Fried Rice
15. Assorted Dessert
