Went to Chorizo Sunday morning and had the Huevos Rancheros and it was great! The two sunny-side up eggs sat atop some brown/red beans and grits (both delicious and perfectly cooked and seasoned) with some corn tortillas. On the side were excellent ranchera salsa, guacamole, fresh salsa and two small patties of fresh chorizo with fennel. Perfect and at only $7.25 it was a great breakfast, especially sitting outside in the lovely weather. Service was adequate but nothing special considering the small crowd at about 9:15 am. Still it was probably one of the best breakfasts I have had in Asheville.
