I'm in love with my newly made Dark Chocolate Red Raspberry jam which I modified by using both a Lindt 70% Cocoa bar (3 1/2 oz) and 4 Tablespoons of Hershy's Spicial Dark Cocoa Powder.
Now I want to try more chocolate plus fruit combinations. I did copy the recipe for the banana and chocolate, but want to expand on that theme for Christmas gifts.
I love oragee and choc, mint and choc, I wonder too about apple and chocolate?
Anyone ever try any of these? Also, anyone know about a really good white chocolate and how to keep any chocolate in the jam/jelly without having it melt? I'd love to see little bits of chocolate in the clear fruity gel.
