Posted recipe (with errror) 2/16. Use 14 Tbs. butter not 14 oz. Had to go to a Slow Food event this afternoon and since it was so good on V'tines day decided to make it again. This time I added a raspberry coulis on the side and raspberries strewn over the top. For the coulis it was just a bag of frozen raspberries and some superfine sugar whirled in the processor, nuked briefly (I ran out of time to defrost at room temp) strained and about 1.5 Tbs. Chambord whisked in. Great stuff. I don't know which was more of a hit the Orbit or the coulis.
