China Beach Bistro was *REALLY* good

went last night with 2 other hounds. Place is very clean and well run, seating inside is what we did – food was so good I never looked up to notice the big coke machine and other surroundings. Nice seating outside, cool stone wall they must of put in and one big mother heat lamp. Someone cared about what was done to this place and it shows. Menu is great, all items numbered with pictures of exactly how the dish looks. We had:
#1 Goi Cuon – (2) salad rolls w/ fresh shrimp, pork and mixed veggies
# 3 Bo La Lot – minced beef marinated w/ spices wrapped in grape leaves
#14 Pho Bo – noodle soup assorted rare beef and meatballs – yum!
#10 Com Dac Biet – plate of chicken, beef shrimp and rice
+ a nice assortment of condiments

What can I say, the food was to die for and I can’t wait to return. All 4 items cost $ 25. No liquor license, but a liquor store is attached so off I went hum, what do we have here – RED STRIPE! Sold – the perfect beer for this type of food. The store also has the normal boring selection of wines – much better selection of beers, imo.

That’s all for now kids, just go and thank me later and don’t give me any static for the spelling errors!
