Chef's Table or Private Room for Company Holiday Dinner

I am trying to find the perfect place for our annual company holiday dinner, and I could really use some help from you guys. We only have 5 people in our office, so including spouses, we're looking for a 10-top that is private or semi-private with exceptional food. We tend to hang around for an extended period of time (and rack up the tab all the while), so it can't be somewhere that will book their rooms in 3 hour increments, like Oak, which wants to kick us out by 9, since the only available spot is at 6. It needs to be something different, so new is probably best. To give you an idea of where we've been and what we're looking for, this is where we've gone for the last 5 years: Hibiscus, Tillman's Road House, Shinsei, Charlie Palmer, and Private Social. But none of these except for Charlie Palmer offered enough privacy

The short list so far for this year is Bijoux, Abacus (but some of our people have been there before), Oak (wants to kick us out early), FT33, Boulevardier, Stampede 66, and Driftwood (not enough variety for non-seafood lovers).

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!
