We're two chefs from Boston in search of fun, interesting, and imaginative food in NY. One is a former manhattanite (but left 18 months ago) and would love to reconnect with anything that is interesting and trip worthy-- cost isn't an issue-- but we have no interest in PerSe type places.
(We're coming especially for corned beef, but we those destinations under control.)
Just want some solid advice as to where we MUST go. We are coming Fri-Monday.
