Although I've only had one pizza and it was white, it was the best pizza I've had in NC. Perfectly blistered crust, nice chew and great ingredients on top. For me, crust is the most important aspect of great pie and theirs is about perfect. We were a day early for the full monty as the expanded pizza menu started on wednesday. It looks great, and judging from the one pie on the dinner menu, should be in any conversation about NC pizza greatness.
