For those Chowhounds who sent in their checks to Artisan Cheese for the Cheese Class, here are further details:
The first class, on Thursday, September 20, will be a general class on cheese: types, cheese making, how to taste and break down flavor components and so on. Our hope is that this will give the participants a good background for the future classes which will cover cow, sheep and goat milk cheeses.
Classes will go from 7-9pm on the following Thursdays: 9/20, 9/27, 10/4,
