I've been really craving dim sum lately, but my companion and I are on a tight budget at the moment and need to keep spending around $10/person. I'm in Redwood City and he's in San Francisco, so anywhere between here and there.
I know this board has erupted into dim sum wars before, so feel free to point me to various posts if needed.
I'm specifically concerned about the junction of price and quality, since finding something cheaper that's still good is a little more difficult than finding the best at any price.
