City Crepe, 28 East 18th off Broadway (towards Park) opened 3 weeks ago, my office-mates and I are very pleased! Also, they open at 8 and have breakfast crepes -- just another version of a breakfast burrito, but hey, what the hell. I had one yesterday, eggs (real, scrambled nicely), bacon (real, one slice torn into small pieces in front of me) and cheese (2 kinds, Jack & Cheddar) -- it was good, $4.75.

For lunch we've had Ham & Swiss (nice ham, fairly thickly sliced) $5.95; vegetarian 3-bean chili w/cheese, $6.95; and smoked salmon w/cream cheese $7.50. And of course a Nutella crepe -- a "mini" crepe, already prepared for $2.25 but there are a slew of sweet crepes to be made to order, and many, many more savory ones. A few tables for eating in, but mostly geared to take-out, and they deliver.
