This steakhouse is a real gem. First, it is tucked away in the Four Seasons and you pull up to the valet just steps from the restaurant. As such, you avoid the crowded casino walks into so many other Vegas steakhouses.
Once inside, the atmosphere is serene and peaceful, again, unlike other steakhouses. The waitstaff is pleasant and helpful yet unobtrusive.
Stick with a salad, steak and sides and the food is sure to please. Their porterhouse for two in a wine sauce with shimeiji mushrooms was quite wonderful. The potato gratin we had came infused with truffle oil, there were truffle shavings on the top and it was just delicious. The grilled asparagus were done just right and were a nice compliment to the richness of the gratin. The Bibb lettuce salad was a nice light starter and I have enjoyed their caesar salad in the past. The foiegras appetizer, however, was somewhat disappointing. To its credit, it was not overstated. However, it was a little too overcooked (should have been more gelatinous like throughout to the edge and not just in the center) and paired poorly atop an overly sweet pineapple cake, although the bit of blueberry sauce and fresh blueberries on the side were fine.
