Challenge: Taking a picky 10 year old for a "fancy" lunch.

Ok, here's a challenge. I have to take a 10 year old, picky eater, for a special celebration lunch. She's a great kid, and deserves special treatment, wants to eat someplace fancy, but is very limited in what she will eat. Someplace that will make a plain burger, or pasta without sauce, something like that. Last time we did this, she ate, and loved the ham baguette (just meat and bread) at Parc.

Any good ideas for a place that might accommodate? I was thinking maybe a burger at Dandelion, pasta at Osteria or an Italian BYOB that is open for lunch. Around Rittenhouse would be great, but I'm open to just about anywhere.

Any ideas?
