Well I finally made it there on a weekday at lunchtime and was rewarded with a damn fine sandwich, even though I ate it after it had cooled down quite a bit (picnicking on the Common.)
It was about 11:15 and there was no line, although a line started to pick up after I ordered.
I overheard someone who looked like a manager talking to a customer about how business has been really slow and if it doesn't pick up they're going to have to close. It might have just been hyperbole, but you never know.
