Just spent a week in Paris with my two gluten intolerant family members. Compared to 18 month ago when Steak Frites was the best GF option, you now have TWO restaurants/bakeries for 100% gluten free food.
Newcake and NoGlu. If you could mash them up into one giant, gluten free food source, you would not have to schlepp across town. Newcake has a great pastry selection, while NoGlu excels at savory foods.
Both deserve huge compliments not only for their efforts, but how they turn it out from such tiny kitchens. You know what I mean when you visit.
