I am tasked with providing a dinner (perhaps lunch too) in late September for a group of 50 or 60 at a hotel venue. Regrettably, I know NO one in the catering business in the East Bay. Looking for good quality food, but not expensive. No need for foie gras here, but well prepared fresh ingredients food. Hoping to top out at $10 or so per person or maybe a little higher. Can anyone help me?
