Please see subject line. I am copying a previous post (no responses!) below, expanding menu options and changing time (6-8 of a Sunday)-- would like to discuss & id 3-5 options.
Usually in this situation I consult with staff at a favorite local restaurant but have just returned to NYC & last time I had a catered party here was mid-late 1990s. Pao, for the record.

I need a caterer for a small passed hors d'oeuvres brunch. Probably just two people (two staff). Simple menu but smart execution of Bill Neal-style southern dishes. I can provide the anson mills grits and country ham. Any thoughts?
