I'll be in Paris in mid-october with my companion and another friend.
I have already secured a few reservations:
wednesday night at Frenchie, friday lunch at Ledoyen, monday night at Regalade St. Honore. Sunday night my friend wants to go to Benoit, as he loves there, so it's already decided. We're considering going to Claude Colliot or Le Gaigne saturday night, probably going to the first as my companion and I have been to Le Gaigne before, so we'd like to try somewhere different.
So my question is where we could eat cassoulet, as it's the favorite dish of my companion. He liked the one at Le Violon d'Ingres last time we were in Paris, but would like to try it in another restaurant. We're considering Le Quincy or Au Trou Gascon.
Any comments or suggestions?
Thanks in advance
