I just read an article about this restaurant in our local newspaper, and I wondered if any Chowhounds had eaten there yet. According to the article, the manager, a French culinary Institute graduate, has worked as a chef at Daniel and Cafe Boulud. The executive chef is from Italy and trained at the Milano Culinary Institute & has worked in Italy, Manhattan and London for 15 years. The article doesn't say where exactly. they have a web site
It sounds interesting, but I wonder why I haven't read anything else about it...
