I made some orange marmalade about 2 weeks ago, and then canned it using Tattler lids. Most of the jars didn't seal, so I've had them in the refrigerator, waiting for a spare moment to try again. Can I try again? Any advice? Does the marmalade need to get very hot again to go through the canning process, or can I put the cold marmalade into my hot jars? Thanks!
