Thank you to everyone who helped me decide on which pans to get. I ended up spending a little more than I had planned but based on your inputs I wa sable to pick the ones I think I'll be happiest with!
If you have the tri-ply stainless steel with aluminum pans from Calphalon -would you let me know how you like them? How long have you had them and do they hold up like I hope they will?
Do you put them in the dishwasher?
Do you really clean them with barkeepers friend soap?
And on that note... can you use the barkeepers friend powder in the dishwasher?
Oh... and should i put the oil in the pans before i heat the pan or after it's heated up?
