Has anyone tried Cafe Minh, which I understand just opened on Cafe Street? I was saddened to learn that Chef Minh Bui's prior endeavor, Lemon Grass, closed. I suppose this is of small significance in the wake of the still-recent tragedy, but I did have a dish on my pre-Katrina visit there that will live on in my memory forever: yellow-fin tuna carpaccio with a shiitake-mushroom slaw and wasabi remoulade. Still have the menu with the chef's autograph. Am hoping his new endeavor is a success so I can add it to my list of places to go on my next trip. Thanks for your input.
