First of all, making an account on here has been overdue. I finally got around to it for this reason alone:
I've been looking for the best cacio e pepe in OC/LA. I understand it's hard to compare to Roma Sparita and all of it's reggiano bowl glory. I've done some research and have concluded that a few places have done an "okay" job at it, but I want something more solid than that, if possible.
So shoot them at me...I'm on a mad hunt!
