I am looking for a cabrito expert. A discussion has come up concerning the difference between the old style spanish goat and the johnny-come-lately boer goats that everyone seems to be breeding now because of the increased size. Can you tell the difference once the hide is off and the carcass is hanging? Is there a taste difference. Thanks Ronnie
