Just had dinner at cabine M at the airport (international departures area) and I was more than impressed with my meal, and is definitely a step above pretty much everything else in the airport in terms of dining.
I went for their salmon pot-au-feu, a perfectly cooked piece of salmon, served in a lit broth with carrots green beans mushrooms and scallions. Good flavor, and light, perfect before a flight and most certainly better than the inflight meal.
Good selection of wines by the glass, after all the concept is wine bar and restaurant.
This restaurant is the latest venture by Louis Francois marcotte from le local.
