I'm currently exploring the wonderful world of sandwich making and I'd like to find a good foccacia. The best example of what I'm looking for is the kind of foccacia that Specialties uses for their sandwiches, although I'd like to find something a little less oily.
I've seen several types that include olives and other things but I'm really looking for plain, light focaccia that I can use to build a perfect roasted Veggie sandwich (with some gorgonzola and red pepper spread... mmm, I'm hungry. :)

ps. I've tried Arizmendi and Acme but its just not what I'm looking for.
