Buttermilk

Although it shouldn't be a regular staple in anyone's diet, buttermilk is a wonderful addition to lots of recipes -- ginger shortbread, pancakes, etc. and is tasty in small quantities by itself.

But alas, the low-cholesteral, low-fat craze in the US seems to have eliminated it from grocers shelves. Does anyone know where in the boston area (preferably within the 128 belt) where one can procure small quantities (a quart or two)?
