I ran into Scott from Nana's yesterday and he was chewing on what looked like a really tasty burger. I asked him where he got it and he said they were making them at Q-Shack now. (Only at Durham location, not Raleigh). All in all, it looked like a damned fine sandwich.
The thing that really stuck out for me was that he said they grind their own beef, which is huge. Given the whole mad cow deal, I've become a bit fanatic about only buying ground beef from butchers who do their own (the disease is only found in meat that was ground at the slaughter house). Of course, all bets are off when you roll into any restaurant who's buying ground beef. Thus, I've found my new burger joint.
