It's time for my annual NY opera and dining trip, and I am thinking of trying Cafe Buloud this year. I only get up to NY once or twice a year and try to go someplace extraordiary. Last fall, we had a very memorable meal at Blue Hill. My wife maintains they spoiled duck for her forever--it was so good.
Is Buloud still sublime? Or is there someplace new we shouldn't pass up? The only hitch is we'll probably be dining on a Sunday, which if memory serves will preclude dining at Jean-George or Daniel or some other places that close on Sundays.
As always, I place my palate in your capable hands. Do tell.
