I'm heading down to Atlanta tomorrow and of course I've been reviewing the CH board and devouring menus. (I'm thinking Hometown Barbeque in Lawrenceville since I'll be starting off in Suwanee. Also on my list are Mary Mac's, JTC Kitchen, Holeman and Finch, The Colonade....other suggestions are welcome).
I'm a northerner. What's the deal with Brunswick Stew? Is it a main dish? A side dish? A must try? And if so, where? Thanks!
