Please help! I've got reservations at both Cashion's and Tabard Inn for a late Sunday Brunch, 1 PM. There are six of us plus one 8 month old baby. Two are fledgling parents from Gaithersburg, two are Manhattanites, plus there are us (two dupont circle residents, all late 20s to 32).
I've been to both for drinks but don't know which one has the best brunch in a setting that can suitably balance between being baby-friendly (it's a friend's baby, FYI, and I am more accustomed to dining sans enfants) and cool enough for our New Yawker friends...
I have to cancel one reservation soon to give them ample time to rebook our table in all fairness, but want to have the best, most enjoyable brunch we can considering our limitations and disparate group. It has to be somewhere that takes reservations considering the size of our group and won't shun us because of the Baby :-)). THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!
PS, open to other recommendations as well of course from you....
