What Brooklyn dinner experience (tomorrow night!) will persuade my wife to move there with me?

This is my first post at this excellent site.

Here's the situation. I want to live in Brooklyn, my wife in Manhattan. We decided on a fun way to make the call: each of us gets a few shots at persuading the other by way of finding a great coffee joint, restaurant, concert venue, park, farmer's markets and whatnot.

Time has come for my one shot at showcasing the restaurant scene in Brooklyn tomorrow night, and I have to pick one spot.... She likes the combination of great food, places which have put some thought into a trendy design/decor concept and a hipster crowd. Also, Peter Luger, Saul and Dressler are not eligible as we agreed to not include michelin star restaurants. Here's what I am contemplating:

Vinegar Hill House
Rye
Al Di La
Vanderbilt
Farm on Adderly

Any thoughts if you had to pick just one?
