Brewster revisited - comparisons please?

Dax | Aug 17, 2004 10:19 AM

So if I only had time for 1-2 lunches in Brewster (can't travel much due to time constraints and just want local clam shack after the beach/mid-day cocktails), which of the following would be the best clam shack experience (and best food)? I am more of an oyster than clam guy, but others love the clams. Good onion rings and lobster rolls would be a bonus.

Cobies (6A)
JT's (where is this?)
Brewster Inn (6A)

Any other better options? One possibility might be something on the way to Wellfleet as we'll be at the Beachcomber Saturday night.

Is Sparkfish not a shack?

and I read here the bakery by Ocean Edge golf course was good for breakfast. What is the name of this bakery?

I know these have all been mentioned numerous times, but not many have been compared (to my knowledge).

Thanks in advance,

Dax
