I found this place Saturday, appears it had been opened about 6 months just across from Brevard College. Just good, plain, reasonalby healthy burritos, tacos, quesadillas.
They specialize in fish burritos...spicy talapia actually. You watch them make your burrito and reply yes, no, light or extra as they add on. You could choose from black beans or refried (all vegetarian no fat on both), and all the standard condiments + cilantro and fresh lime.
It's not haute cuisine, mind you, but it was good and appeared healthy to my eye. A nice way to get some low fat protein and complex carbs after all the excercise one gets in Pisgah.
