Best bread in the Twin Cities?
I'm not sure I'm the person to proclaim that, as I'm not really a bread guy, but my brain cannot comprehend how bread could really be better.
Rustic loaves with crusty shells, sandwich loaves, croissants and other pastries. I love the caramel roll, and I powered through a baguette last week with the aid of a mushroom sage olive oil from the Stillwater Olive Oil Co. I've never had bread for a meal, and this was dinner no less.
My French-born coworker loved the baguette and croissants, especially the chocolate.
Operating out of the City Food Studio (3722 Chicago) in Minneapolis (also the new home to Froz Broz). Apparently had a presence this summer at the Mill City Farmers Market. You can walk in Tuesdays 5 - 8 pm, but you should order from her website or it's slim pickings.
