I just went there for the first time last night. There was only one waitress, who although extremely nice, could definitely have used some help.

I loved the brown sugar ginger beer, and the basmati rice that accompanied the entrees, but the sliced red snapper escoveitch that I ordered seemed to be too "one-flavored" and that flavor was vinegar. I know escoveitch is supposed to be vinegarry but I thought it was a bit too much. Should I have ordered the brown stew or the jerk shrimp?
