howardS, if reading..... Chez Michallet had a VERY tasty duck confit/spinach salad with a jalapeño, vinaigrette dressing as an appetizer special. It was not drenched in dressing. Just enough to add a slight zing to the plate and it was so fresh. It was actually my favorite, and I'd go back just for that. I'll get back next week with JoJo and Chez Michallet (in more detail), but we did take your advice: We ordered from the specials and from the prix fixe, had a pleasant time and love the place. Thank you! Was hoping to get in today to see Roger Ballen's work at the Gagosian Gallery, but couldn't make it. (photojournalism) - How's the downtown (43rd?) branch of the ICP? Never been. (Guess that's for the not about food board)
I'm so looking forward to JoJo tomorrow.
