Good thread on making nice with the burger.
My motto, "there are only so many meals in a day..."
But once in awhile, you like to kick back, put a little Leonard Nimoy on the stereo, and have something not so carefully made. I am particular to unhealthy burgers. No bougie bistro for me. Tho Burgerville is fine on the road or in a pinch, where do you go for a great grease bomb?
Mike's is ok - but the milkshakes are better than the burgers. Stanich's West has the suitably filthy ambiance. Skyline is popular with the kids. The Red Coach? Nobby's? Claudia's? Fuller's? I hear the Acropolis strip joint on McLouglin is good, not my style. Remember Bonnie's Burgers? Top Burger? 2 x 6?
