New York Foodies here who get to Vegas a couple times a year. I'm always on the lookout for the best Breakfast place, so two years ago on the strength of all the raves here we tried Bouchon. I feel like a heretic saying this but it was truly terrible - the kind of meal where you finish feeling sad and cheated - undercooked potatoes, corned beef that was literally just some corned beef and onions diced together, service that never showed up.
Well, I'm back in Vegas this weekend and I see that everyone still loves it, so I suspect that we must have gone on the only time they've ever had a bad day. It happens. SO! I'm trying again. But this time, I want to make sure I give it the best shot I can. Can anyone tell me exactly what to order to make sure I get the experience everyone else does? I really want to like this place. Thanks!
