I've always had a strong gusto and enthusiasm towards food and have just recently gotten into cooking. I'd like to share with the board my last two meals from tonight and yesterday.
The first one being Figs and Fettuccine...
egg noodles - fettuccine 1/2 lb
salt 1 Tbsp to taste
unsalted butter 1/2 cup
lemon zest 1 Tbsp
fig 12 chopped
red pepper flakes 1 pinch
black pepper 1/4 tsp
heavy cream 1 cup
Parmigiano-Reggiano 1 1/4 cups grated

The second one was really nice too with a glass of French Cross red wine...
