Bistro 5- what's up with the service-a vent

I had an excellent first experience dining at Bistro 5 in Medford two months ago - I was incredibly surprised by the quality (albeit pricey for the neighborhood). I was impressed with the wonderful variety on the small menu. On my return recently I had the audacity to question the waiter about the amount of wine poured- less than half a glass full of white wine. The waiter lectured us on the need for white wine to breath and how the amount poured was typical. So okay... not that I needed a lecture but for the remainder of the evening service was poor. It took a while for our food to come out of the kitchen and when it did, it was predictably not as warm as we would have liked, but not cool enough to really complain. It was difficult to get our waiter's attention We did not get a refill on our bread basket until after we had finished our meals and our dishes were being taken away. A bad service experience is enough to make me never return to this restaurant again. Anyone else have a bad service experience lately? Any thoughts on Bistro 5?
