Birthday Brunch at Copper River Ranch/Fresno, CA

We enjoyed a wonderful birthday brunch for my 17 year old son at Copper River Ranch Country Club on Sunday morning. After church we headed to the Copper River Ranch Country Club on Friant Road. The setting is gorgeous with fountains, rolling hills, beautiful golf course, etc.

We entered the lobby to find Mayor Autry dining with his mom. We were seated outside at a nice table overlooking the golf course. I had the chicken sandwich on foccacia with a nice green salad with feta cheese. We had four teens with us and the server gave us a complimentary bottle of Martinelli's which was nice, served in champagne flutes.

My son's GF had the cheese quesidillas which I tasted and they were very good served with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, etc.

Others orderd the Angus beef steak sandwiches which they said were very good.

For anyone visiting the area, this is a gorgeous setting for a Sunday brunch and the food is above average.

There is also a beautiful buffet set out indoors with made-to-order omelletes, Belgian waffles, etc. and all kinds of salads and fresh fruits. This goes for $15/pp but you have to be really hungry! Bon Appetit! ***kim***
