Went to the sushi/sake spectacular at the new hotel tonight. They flew in 30 of the top chefs from Tokyo and not one of em remembered to cook all that fish!!! But cerealsly folks, the place is gorgeous in a kinda stark modern museum motif. I looked into the restaurant and it is drop dead decore. Look forward to trying the menu that was top-heavy on fancy lobster dishes, the obligatory Kobe beef, and such. Prices looked like about $12/20 on the aps and $30/40 for the entrees. More later.
