Bent Spoon gelato

Well, after reading a gazillion posts here and there about gelato, developed an intense curiosity/craving and went to Bent Spoon in Princeton.
Ya gotta try the seasonal flavor of sorbet, Heirloom Tomato - it's supposed to be made with 12 (?) varieties of tomatoes. Really good...I had a little taste, not a whole dish (wimped out and got vanilla and blackberry gelato). Now I'm trying to figure out how I'd serve it as part of a dessert, since I felt it was a flavor that would really work well as part of something else...maybe something a little savory, since it's not overly sweet...hmmm

Other gelato flavors today (which I can remember)
chocolate/chili
cardomom/crystallized ginger
plain choc
plain vanilla
earl grey tea
something coffee-like
blackberry
(plus more sorbets which were also interesting)

Only complaint is how they pile it in a tall mound in a very small/short cup...you have to eat fast to catch it before it melts over the cup. Glad I waited for a cooler day! $2.75 for a small (1 or 2 flavors)
