I heard about this last week and saw no reference to it here on Chowhound so we took a chance at it last night. They have been in business just over a year and appear to have become quite poplular. I could see and taste why. Small storefront, reminded me of Besca, but charming. No pretense here - downhome comfortable. Waitstaff is welcoming and knowledgeable, very pleasant. The better half and I are food grazers and eat eveything together so we began. Crusty Italian bread and nice oil are basic.
Fried ravioli( three cheese with jalapeno) , baked brie with fruit and baguette. Both were excellent.
Next eggplant parm and prosciutto/asparagus saute - both a treat. I, being a sucker for prosciutto , was delighted. Both served with angel hair pasta. Finish with a nice creamy cheesecake drizzled with dark chocolate.
We will return -- I would recommend if you are in the area or traveling through. Open 11AM until 8'ish, right on Main street.
