Beef/turkey Jerky

So lately I've been on a beef/turkey jerky kick. I'm looking for interesting producers that are minimally processed and lower in sodium. I live on the Peninsula so stores located anywhere from South San Francisco to Palo Alto are my preference, however, if it's truly outstanding I will travel. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
