Beef on a terrace?

I'm looking for a nice steak house, or perhaps a good old fashioned steak frites place where three guys can beef it up without breaking the bank. Ideally, it will have a terrace and will be BYOW. HA HA HA! As if!

But seriously, what are the good mid-range steak houses in town these days? Que de Cheval and Moishes are a bit too stuffed-shirt for our tastes. There used to be a place on Laurier called "Angus Noir" or something like that -- sounded perfect but I think they went under a while ago.

We're looking at spending about $50-$60 a head. Any suggestions? (No, L'entrecote on Peel is not an option!)
