Moved here from the east coast, and I'm homesick for the incredibly succulent, beautifully seasoned Italian sausages that I can get at D&D Market in Hartford's Franklin Avenue district. There are like pork chops in a casing. I'm seeing thin, anemic wursts around here which when cooked get tough and lack juiciness, more like a breakfast sausage than the fatties I'm thinkin about. Anyone have a specific recommendation for a butcher in town that does this right??
