Ok, this might be my new favorite restaurant in New Orleans-maybe anywhere. Between the 4 people in my party we ordered sweet breads, cold smoked quail salad, pot stickers, and goat cheese salad. for our entrees we ordered the rabbit, hanger steak, lamb, and the duck.
I can safely say that each one of these dishes was incredible, and rivaled anything I have ever eaten. For me the rabbit now overtakes Mario Batali's squab he serves up at NYC's famed Babbo as my death row entree.
The service we recieved from "Harold" was incredible. He treated us like we were members of Susan's family.
My next trip back to New Orleans will include Bayona.
