Going to be in Albuquerque for 2 days and Santa Fe for 2 days this January, and being in love with Basque cuisine (and from North Carolina, where there is none) I'm looking for a Basque restaurant to check out. I saw the Santa Fe Basque website, but the food on their menu (charbroiled T-bone, fried chicken) doesn't look particularly distinctively Basque. Is my impression correct there?
Recommendations otherwise? Thanks!
